Who should attend this training?
This training is suitable for quality managers, internal auditors, compliance officers, consultants, process owners, and individuals aspiring to become ISO 9001 Lead Auditors.
What are the prerequisites?
Participants are expected to have prior knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements, quality management principles, and the PDCA cycle. Completion of an ISO 9001 Foundation course or equivalent is recommended.
How long is the training?
The course runs for five (5) days, with more than 40 hours of lectures, workshops, case studies, and audit role-playing activities.

This program is delivered as a Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) course, ensuring interactive learning while meeting CQI and IRCA requirements.
Is there an assessment and examination?
Yes. Participants undergo continuous assessment during the course and must pass both practical and written examinations to successfully complete the program.

Participants who pass all assessments will receive a CQI and IRCA-recognized ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certificate, subject to meeting course requirements.
