POLLUTION CONTROL OFFICER

DENR Administrative Order No. 2014-02 (citing Letter of Instructions No. 588) requires all polluters to appoint a Pollution Control Officer who is a technical expert in pollution control or environmental protection. Basic PCO Training from an EMB-recognized training organization is required for accreditation.
DEFENSIVE DRIVING
